Use of FODC Museum & Heritage Service Images by Third Parties

The Fermanagh & Omagh Collections Online website is copyright of Fermanagh & Omagh District Council, whilst the copyright in images and text will belong to Fermanagh & Omagh District Council as well as other third parties. You are welcome to save low resolution single copies of images from this site, free of charge, for your own personal use. Personal use means the use of a single copy of each image by one person for non-commercial purposes, for example education, academic study, scholarship or research.
 
Images must be credited with the name of photographer if given, and courtesy of the Museum & Heritage Service, Fermanagh & Omagh District Council.
 
If you would like to use images for any commercial publication or project, in academic publications, or in any television or video, multimedia, website or other electronic media you will need a licence from the Museum & Heritage Service.  Fees may be charged according to usage.
