Terence (T.P.) Flanagan was born in Enniskillen in 1929, the eldest of seven children. After his family split, T.P. was brought up by his two aunts, Katie and Lizzie Flanagan at number 18 The Hollow. This scene of Enniskillen, painted by the artist much later in life in the early 1980s, shows Enniskillen Townhall with the terrace houses of Eden Street (now demolished) on left, and, on the right, a rear view of the houses of Townhall Street.
