Caption

Head idol, distinguished by its long narrow face and disproportionately long neck. A roughly finished idol, its coarse pocked tooling marks being particularly noticeable on the neck. Discovered in the late 1960s when foundations were being dug for Agnew's garage (behind The Enniskillen Hotel) in Enniskillen. Its date is uncertain although it may be pre-Christian.
