Porcelain chamber pot with a portrait of British Prime Minster William Ewart Gladstone, placed ignominiously on the inside bottom. Produced to appeal to Irish landlords whose rental income was reduced as a result of Gladstone's land reforms. First period Belleek Pottery (1863-1890).
