The ivory wedding dress is made from raw silk with a detachable trail. The dress is straight, high neck with collars, complete with pearl buttons with handmade thread hoops and long sleeves. It is a fine example of the style in 1951, the design is simple, yet very elegant, designed and made within one week! It was meticulously made in 1951 by Madame Helene Walster (Spencer) for Dr. Pamela Frizelle from Lisnaskea, who married Dr. Francis Antony Frizelle on 30 January 1951. Madame Walster worked in Watts & Stone in Lisnaskea, she was also the renowned designer for Taylor-Woods lingerie.
