Nationalist Roger Casement organised a rally to appeal to the liberal Protestant tradition in support of Home Rule. The rally, attended by more than 400 people, was held in Ballymoney Town Hall. The speakers included Casement, local liberal Presbyterian minister Rev JB Armour and Captain Jack White. This pamphlet contains a record of the speeches.
